Projects

Projects in 10 industries
with measured results

Of the 10 projects below, nine are live and one is an advisory project. Client names are not disclosed; projects are listed by industry. Measured results from the projects and the performance of this site follow the list.

  1. 01

    Jewelry retailer

    Jewelry POS and e-commerce site

Before rollout, an item sold on one POS terminal still showed as in stock on the others. After rollout, all POS terminals share a single inventory record, and gross margin is calculated at the gold price on the date of sale, regardless of later price changes.

Single inventory record across POS terminals · Cost calculated at the sale-date gold price · PayUni integration · LINE order notifications

  2. 02

    Beauty and supplement brand

E-commerce site with order and member back office

Before launch, the brand sold through tiered distributors, and customers could not order directly. Product variants and prices were scattered across spreadsheets. After launch, customers order directly on the site, each variant has its own price, and the brand manages shipping and payment collection itself.

Order back office · Shipping and payment status · CSV export · Member sign-up and login · ECPay integration

  3. 03

    Meal delivery operator

    Online meal ordering system

Before rollout, orders were recorded in a POS system, delivery lists were sorted in Excel and printed, and prep items were copied onto a kitchen whiteboard. With online ordering, the prep sheet and delivery sequence are generated automatically from the orders.

Daily prep sheet compiled automatically · Delivery routes sorted automatically · Delivery and meal box return confirmed by scan · LINE order notifications

  4. 04

    Dance school

    Multi-campus administration system

Each leave request involves three decisions: whether to deduct a lesson, whether it counts toward the free-leave allowance, and whether to extend the expiry date. The client had reported incorrect lesson card expiry dates. After rollout, students request leave online and see the same lesson balance and expiry date as front-desk staff.

Automatic lesson balance and expiry · Online leave and make-up classes · Attendance check-in · Permissions separated by campus

  5. 05

    Event organizer

    Event management system

Check-in requires verifying identity, blocking duplicate check-ins, and recording on-site payments. The prize draw must also exclude attendees who did not show up. After rollout, several staff members can scan QR codes at the same time, and each staff member's list shows the same data as the main display.

QR code check-in · On-site payment records · Draw exclusion lists · Live voting · Local backup of draw results

  6. 06

    Performing arts agency

    Project quoting and cost management

Replacing a musician on a show required revising both the equipment list and the cost sheet. After rollout, assigning performers on the call sheet updates equipment and costs automatically, and project profit is visible immediately.

Quote version history and signed-copy archive · Equipment and costs filled in from the call sheet · Receivables, costs, and profit on one page

  7. 07

    Performance venue operator

Venue booking and order finance system

Each booking is paid in three installments (holding fee, deposit, and balance), and add-ons on the event day are common. After rollout, all payments are recorded in one ledger, and amounts received and outstanding are calculated from it. The system sends a reminder three days before the event.

Holding fee, deposit, balance, and add-ons in one ledger · Locked after financial close · Concurrent edits across pages do not overwrite each other

    Live
  8. 08

    Investment advisory platform

    Fund calculator platform rebuild

On proposals from the old system, the 7-year and 20-year returns for every fund were extrapolated by formula. The new platform labels each period's return as computed, estimated, or unavailable.

Per-period labels: estimated or actual · Dividend-adjusted total return · Automatic NAV and performance updates

  9. 09

    Electronics manufacturer

    System adoption advisory

Before signing, the client could not determine which of an external AI platform's commitments could be met after go-live. No system was delivered on this project; we identified the issues that could change the adoption decision and verified each one.

Pre-adoption risk review · Data residency and compliance · Integration boundaries with the existing ERP · Exit and intellectual property terms

  10. 10

    General merchandise retailer

    Multi-store POS and inventory management

The client stocks more than 100,000 products; the same item is priced differently by store, and each store runs its own stock counts. After rollout, price changes and stock-count discrepancies are recorded for each store. All stores share one product master file, and new stores use the same file.

Price changes logged with editor and reason · Stock-count discrepancy settlement · Gross margin recorded per sale · Purchasing, returns, and supplier records

Site performance

Performance of this site

The scores below were measured on five pages of this site with Google Lighthouse. The mode, date, and URL are listed so the measurement can be repeated under the same conditions.

  • ModeDesktop, median of 3 runs
  • Date2026-09-27

Implementation

  • 0Third-party requestsAfter the fonts were self-hosted, third-party requests dropped to 0. Before that, pages sent requests to 2 external domains, including 18 sharded font requests and 129 KB of cross-origin CSS.
  • 0Image filesProject thumbnails and the process matrix are built with HTML and SVG. Dot positions on the home page are computed in real time and drawn on a canvas; no image files are loaded.
  • 266.9 KBSelf-hosted font subsetThe font files contain only the characters used in this site’s copy, plus full-width punctuation.
  • 79.5px → 0Layout shift (CLS)Layout shift was 79.5px before the fonts were self-hosted and metric overrides were set, and 0 afterward. Metric overrides adjust the fallback font's dimensions to match the web font, so the layout does not move when the web font loads.
